Why Choose Havelock Island for Your Destination Wedding?

Swaraj Dweep or Havelock Island is among the largest islands that consist of a chain of islands to the east of the Andaman Islands. In fact, Havelock Island is the most visited destination in the Andamans, clearly because of its beauty and the wide variety of activities it offers to travelers.

Located just a few kilometers away from Port Blair, Havelock is a popular destination among newlyweds and couples exchanging vows. You can organize all your functions, from haldi and mehendi to reception at the beach. The guests will be filled in awe when they see you getting married with the various hues of the blue waters and breathtaking views of white sandy beaches.

Choosing Havelock Island as the destination for your wedding means everyone can make memories performing water sports or watching sunsets apart from attending the wedding ceremonies. Radhanagar Beach is one of the most popular beaches on the island due to its white sand and aqua waters.

Another popular beach is Elephant Beach which is loved by Indian tourists. The abundance of corals makes the spot ideal for snorkeling. Finally, Kalapathar Beach is like a black beauty - the dark stones here will contrast your wedding photographs.

If you are getting wedded on Havelock Island, you will get marvelous wedding photographs due to the picturesque scenery. Besides, you can also spend spare time with your partner, family, and friends watching sunsets while having breakfast as you make plans for the day. Needless to say, you will have plenty of options for fine accommodation along with fine dining.

Why Hire a Professional Wedding Photographer?

  1. Hiring a professional wedding photographer implies that you will get quality photographs and amazing shots of the wedding ceremonies. In fact, your worries about asking somebody to capture photos or videos and seeing if the shots are good will go away. After all, you cannot perform the same ceremony twice just because the photos the first time were not good! Besides, you would want to upload them on social media as well.
  1. Your wedding photographs will last a lifetime – you will be occasionally turning the pages of the album and showing it to friends, family, relatives, and even your children. Would you not want your future generations to look at the images and say, “Wow! Look at this one!” That can happen only when you hire the right photographer.
  1. Another pro of hiring a professional wedding photographer is that they know their job best, which is even better than you. They will capture moments so perfectly that even you will be amazed. Moreover, they possess a wide variety of equipment – from tripods to drones, which are useful to a great extent.
  1. You will be wedded just once in your life and you have to make it count. So why not invest in a photographer that is the best you can get? You might have to balance the budget with low-priority tasks on the wedding list. But at least you will have valuable photos.
  1. If you do not hire a professional photographer, you may regret it. You won’t have splendid pictures to look at after you are married. You may even have to tell people how beautiful or handsome you looked and who came to your wedding instead of actually showing them.

What is Included in Wedding Photography?

The wedding photography package on Havelock Island costs INR 2,50,000 wherein three days of shoot are included. As the end result, you will get a photo book of 200 photographs and 25 minutes of one edited video that covers all ceremonies.
